Wallace J. Bellamy, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Wallace J. Bellamy was born in Queens, New York. As the child of a career air force professional, he has lived all over the world including New York, Texas, Europe, and California. He graduated from Boston University School of Dentistry in 1989 and has been in private practice since 1993. Dr. Bellamy feels that dentistry is an important part of a person’s overall health. Not only does it help improve the aesthetics of smiles but can improve people’s lives. Dr. Bellamy loves his patients. The personal interaction and relationships he has made over the years have been phenomenal.
In serving the community through his profession, Dr. Bellamy has taken leadership roles in many dental associations over the years (detailed in full below). Some of his most important work has been as president of the Sacramento District Dental Society (2016), vice chairman of the California Dental Association’s Leadership Development Committee (2014-present), member of the Sacramento District Dental Society Ethics Committee, and member of the Continuing Education Committee of the Sacramento District Dental Society.
In his spare time, Dr. Bellamy enjoys traveling, riding horses, skiing, and most important of all, spending time with his three daughters.

Reem Atout
Periodontist
Dr. Reem Atout brings more than 20 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience to the specialty of periodontics. She began her career by earning a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from JUST University in Jordan. After relocating to California, she became licensed as a general dentist and practiced in both private and community settings, deepening her expertise in restorative and interdisciplinary care.
Dr. Atout later completed her specialty training in periodontology and earned a Master of Science in Dentistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Her passion for education led her to join the faculty at the University of Manitoba, where she served for nearly a decade in the graduate periodontology program. During this time, she held several academic leadership roles, including President of the Canadian Academy of Periodontology.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, Dr. Atout is known for her collaborative approach to patient care. Her unique blend of general dentistry and periodontal training allows her to work closely with referring doctors to plan and execute complex treatment plans—especially those involving dental implants and full-arch rehabilitation.
When she’s not in the office, she loves traveling, spending time with family, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Vanessa officially joined our team in 2018 and has been working in the dental field all of her life.
“In my free time, I enjoy going to music festivals, relaxing, and enjoying time with my dogs”.
Vanessa enjoys helping adults and children with anxiety feel comfortable and relaxed.

Deserei joined our team in 2018 and has been actively working in the dental field since 2012.
“In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, traveling, and going hiking”.
Deserei enjoys finding ways to make patients feel comfortable and informed about their dental hygiene needs.

Julie joined our team in 2018 and has been actively working in the dental field for 27 years.
